1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Kim Vanessa Carnielo
Calle Trevina 1
38400 Puerto de la Cruz
Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain
Email: info@visolino.com

2. General information on data processing

We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services, or where you have given consent. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6 (1) lit. a, b and f GDPR.

3. Hosting & server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This serves technical delivery, security and stability (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

Hosting provider: Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with the provider.

4. Contact

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) lit. b or f GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required, subject to statutory retention obligations.

5. Contact form “Free website concept” (Tally)

For enquiries submitted through the form on this website we use the service Tally (Tally BV, August Van Lokerenstraat 71, 9050 Ghent, Belgium). We process the details you enter: name or company, email address, current website, industry, a description of your request, and your consent to be contacted. The data is processed on servers within the European Union and forwarded to us; no transfer to third countries takes place.

The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6 (1) lit. a and b GDPR). A data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Tally. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — an informal message to us is sufficient; the lawfulness of processing carried out until then remains unaffected.

We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required to handle your enquiry, at the latest after statutory retention periods expire. Further information: tally.so/help/privacy-policy.

6. Appointment booking via Calendly

To arrange first calls we may use the service Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). The data you provide (name, email, preferred time) is transmitted to and processed by Calendly (Art. 6 (1) lit. b or f GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on appropriate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Details: calendly.com/privacy.

7. Fonts (Google Fonts)

This website embeds fonts from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser retrieves the fonts from Google servers, which may transmit your IP address to Google (Google Ireland Ltd.). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

8. Cookies

This website uses technically necessary cookies where required for operation (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR or § 25 (2) TDDDG). Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Spain: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
